Raising Awareness
Many cyber incidents happen because people simply aren’t aware of the risks. A small change in behaviour such as enabling multi-factor authentication or recognising phishing attempts can prevent serious financial and reputational damage.
By delivering talks, workshops, and practical guidance sessions, we help organisations and individuals build confidence in managing cyber risks.
Support
At Cambridge Cyber Security, we believe that cyber security is not just about technology. It’s about protecting people, organisations, and communities.
Our business was founded with a clear purpose. Too many individuals and organisations were becoming victims of cyber crime simply because they did not have access to clear guidance or practical support. Since then, we have remained committed to raising awareness and helping organisations understand how to protect themselves.
Cyber crime affects everyone, from small businesses and charities to community groups and individuals. By sharing knowledge and practical advice, we can help reduce risk and build stronger, safer communities.

Working with Local Organisations
We actively collaborate with local organisations and networks to deliver practical cyber security awareness sessions. These sessions focus on helping people understand the real risks they face and the simple steps they can take to protect themselves.
Over the years, we have worked alongside:
- Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre
- Chambers of Commerce
- Local business networks
- Community groups and charities
- The Women’s Institute
Through these events, we aim to make cyber security understandable, accessible, and relevant to everyday organisations.

At Cambridge Cyber Security, we’re proud to volunteer with The Cyber Helpline, supporting individuals who have been affected by cyber crime. It’s something we care deeply about helping people who are often stressed and unsure where to turn. By sharing our time and expertise, we aim to provide reassurance, practical guidance, and help people regain confidence after an incident. It’s a small way we can give back and make a real difference in our community.
Supporting the Next Generation
We are also committed to helping develop future cyber security talent. Through apprenticeships, mentoring, and engagement with local initiatives, we aim to support people entering the cyber security profession and strengthen the skills available within our region.
A Shared Responsibility
Cyber security is not something that organisations should face alone. It requires collaboration, awareness, and shared responsibility.
By working together with businesses, community groups, and regional partners, we can create a safer digital environment for everyone.
